The Last Man on Earth is a Hungarian amateur short film directed, written and starring Levente Sárközi, set to be released in 2024. The film is based on the 2015–2018 TV series of the same name. It is the fifth film by Dead Gloom Studios, and the fifth installment of "Chapter One". The film was unveiled on May 1, 2024. The film premiered on October 6, 2024, on the Eslev Productions YouTube channel at 6:00 PM. The film received generally positive reviews: The visuals, the atmosphere, and the clever storytelling were praised, but the sketch-like execution was criticized. It takes place shortly after a virus wiped out all of humanity a few months earlier. In 2029, there is only one person left on Earth: Max Wewelles (Levente Sárközi), who, like a mischievous child, begins to enjoy the positives of being alone.
